Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks and accept payments. Perform additional duties as assigned by managers, including: maintaining service stations, setting up tables and other side work. |
Requirements
High School diploma. Ability to work and communicate well with others. Neat and clean appearance, outgoing personality, and enjoyment for working with people. Food and liquor experience required. |
Host & Boutique

Varied. May include late evening, holidays and weekends. |
Responsibilities
Greeting and seating guests, manning the boutique and the coat-room, answering the phones, taking "to go" orders, keeping work stations clean, preparing restaurant for opening and other duties as assigned by manager. |
Requirements
High School diploma. Able to work well and communicate well with others. Neat and clean appaerance, outgoing and enjoy working with people. Must be able to work weekend nights and worka flexible schedule. |
Line Cook

Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing food from different areas in the kitchen. Measure, mix and cook ingredients according to recipes. Use variety of pots, pans, cutlery and equipment, including ovens, broilers, grills, fryers, woks, slicers, grinders, and blenders. Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes and silverware.
